iVOCS i2Communicator
The i2Communicator is one of the i2Client applets, addressing the modern means of communication like VOIP and Chat, Messaging, Address book All communication modalities can be freely mixed and are handled in the same uniform way.

i2Communicator has a wide range of applications ranging from personal communicator to operator console. Operators and supervisors have advanced functionality such as third party control.
The functionality that the user sees depends on auto configuration settings. These are automatically downloaded when the users log in to the i2Communicator. With this your company policy regarding capabilities and access rights can be realized.
The roster screen has quick menu and quick contact sections. Via these lines/accounts can be monitored and controlled. This includes Busy Lamp Field and presence information. Session screens have three sections for incoming session, transient sessions and active sessions.
"Click to connect" is possible from central address books stored like Microsoft exchange or LDAP in i2Pack, from Microsoft Outlook or from the internal history list.
